Fully refurbishing and extending a classic terraced home, within budget and ahead of schedule.
We breathed new life into a three-story terraced home in Wimbledon’s sought-after SW19 area, completely overhauling the space within budget – and completing three weeks ahead of our eight-month projected timeline.
The exterior of the home was transformed with a repointed façade, freshly painted arches and a new front perimeter wall. To blend with the local area, a spacious rear and side kitchen extension used Replica London stock brick from Imperia.
Inside, every area of the house was meticulously upgraded. An open-plan Shaker kitchen and dining area became a focal point for the home, and three bathrooms and a downstairs WC were created with luxury and functionality in mind. Electricity and plumbing were overhauled throughout the property and new lighting was installed to enhance the ambiance.
Carefully planned details included bespoke joinery and cabinetry to cleverly maximise storage, as well as a custom-built fireplace at the heart of the living room. New flooring created a pleasing flow between the downstairs spaces, while new doors and glazing improved the safety and energy efficiency of the home.
Each aspect of this beautiful home successfully balances function and aesthetics, both as a space for family gatherings and in the context of the surrounding landscape.
